Pros

RHI is a great company. They expect a lot of their employees, but if you deliver results you will be rewarded. However, your experience is completely dependent on the office you are working in. I've worked for offices in two states. One was a miserable experience, the other was absolutely wonderful!

Cons

I was employed in a support role, there was a large volume of work and a limited amount of time to get it done. But completing your tasks has a direct result on the bottom line for the company.

The Staffing Managers do work long hours. But when business is good, they are very well compensated. In today's economy they're still working those same hours but they won't be bringing home the same paychecks they enjoyed. You have to take the good with the bad.

Advice to Senior Management

Monitor management at the branch level. Your Branch Managers make or break your local offices. If you have an office high turnover (outside of sales staff inability to meet corporate goals) take a good long look at the branch management! I've been in several offices and the Branch Manager makes the difference!!!!!!
