Regional Management is too far removed from business operations at the local level. Competition internally and externally is cut throat. Limited direction is given, it is a highly political sink or swim work environment.
Advice to Senior Management
Do a better job of retaining veterans who know the business and that have established connections. High turnover is killing company reputation and with each person that leaves you are losing the trust and respect of clients.
