I worked at Robert Half full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great exposure to numerous companies here in the bay and opportunity to work with very high caliber people

    Cons

Very little real training to succeed. Chrun and burn model of cold calling companies and keeping them on the phone until they hang up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better 1-on-1 mentorship or shadowing in the first three months.
