Pros

Good training if new in industry will give you a good base to go and find a new job in the industry after 6 Months

Cons

Hours, Management Autocratic.
Should you have experience they try and brain wash you into doing it the Robert Half way?
Staff who have longer service get away with what ever they want and new staff a treated very badly close to been bullied by senior staff and Management
management have no vision and are always having to change what they implement as they do not do the research required when making changes (staff involvement Key)

Advice to Management

Lighten up your staff make the money for the company you give guidence and support (Adolf Hitler died 60 years ago)

    Pros

    Potential to earn a very High income for average amount of work. Able to network and meet people within accounting and finance groups. Not constantly required to be in the office, get the chance to enjoy the weather when out visiting clients. This job is great for someone who isn't a very good accountant or is very much a sales type of person or the third type of person is someone who is retiring from the accounting field.

    Cons

    Constant cold calling for new clients. Always pushed on numbers. very very sales type. Not told that in the beginning, really made to beleive it was a consultant type of position.

    Advice to Management

    Be more consultant type of company.

    Cons

    En tant que stagiaire il n'y avait pas assez de travail d'équipe, remplacer des positions permanentes n'est pas faciles et seulement deux jours de formation, indemnités basses pour un remplacement.

    As intern there were not enough teamwork, replacing permanent job is not easy and only 2 day training, compensation was low for a replacement.
