The extremely long hours and candidates that may not show up for the job, is the hardest part about working for temporary agencies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give employees more hours off to rest and be ready for the next day. Give them support to fill jobs with the right canidates

    I worked at Robert Half

    Pros

The company offers a fair amount of resources for its employees and they have decent benefits. Some of the management knows what they are doing.

    Cons

The management applies Inconsistent directives, as well as, an inconsistent set of rules. Over time it has become a very negative work environment that is more focused on pointing fingers internally than on the task at hand...recruiting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Apply rules consistently across the board and consider not changing them on a monthly basis.
