In the last 7 years being employed at RWJUHH has been great, recent administrative changes have made it unbearable.

I have been working at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital

    Pros

There are wonderful people that work for RWJUHH, it is the Senior Leadership that cares nothing about the employee.

    Cons

RWJUHH has turned into a hospital based on politics and does not focus more on the care of the patients or the well-being of the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more caring about your employees needs and concerns.
