“Job opportunities for volunteers are nonexistant”

Pros – volunteer work experience was fine
Cons – All available jobs for the same positions I worked as a volunteer were skipped over me
Advice to Senior Management – Be more open minded to those who have volunteered for many years, we all need jobs too
