Good place to work

Teacher (Former Employee)

ProsThis is a nice place to work, it is a supportive environment, teachers with more experience are very helpful in giving advice and tips, children generally well-behaved

ConsDepends very much on the district, some districts are wonderful to work for and some seem a lot more difficult mainly because they are located in problem areas of the city, weather is terrible in the winter

Advice to Senior ManagementLeadership does a good job of keeping employees aware of updates, changes, etc, they respond quickly to issues or problems
