    I worked at Rock-Tenn full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay, benefits, some good friends made.

    Cons

There are double standards between different departments. If you are an hourly employee, some managers will write you up for being ONE MINUTE late. Others won't. There are a lot of Republicans there, and they don't mind expressing their political/social views in the break room or office, even though it's against company policy. Manufacturing employees are often told at the 11th hour, that they have to work 7 days.

    Advice to Management

Make the rules in the employee handbook apply to everyone companywide.
