Pros – They allow some flex time to take care of your day to day life
Expense accounts
Competitive pay that matches or is near where it should be.
Cons – No commitment to people
Safety is not important if it costs money
No increase in performance
The company had the most profitable year and they give you 2% increases.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay attention to the core business, manufacturing and not your bean counting. Believe in your hierarchies of business. Listen to the people.
