I worked at RockYou
Pros – - extremely agile
- smart and knowledgeable employees
- some of the best insights about social platforms and social gaming
- free lunch, snacks, etc. fun atmosphere
Cons – - company is not doing well, especially given the lead it had earlier
- management change did not work out well, all the EA imports really harmed the company
Advice to Senior Management – - identify and encourage good talent
- get rid of the suits (even if they were your buddies from EA) !!
