Current Employee - Sales Manager (Sales Representative )

I have been working at Rockstar full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Learn how to work from a virtual office, get experienced in b2b sales, become efficient in preparing and delivering presentations, experience in becoming a team leader for partner sales teams, experience in tracking sales and developing and executing effective sales programs and promotions

Cons

no lateral movement, hard to get pay increase, tough micro-management, overloaded with job tasks due to the size of the company to the amount of employees (you will wear multiple hats with this job)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more freedom to sales reps to run there territories and base there job on the goals they hit and not the amount of stores they can hit in a day

Positive Outlook
