I have been working at Rockwell Automation as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

Has a great culture, the people on my team are really wonderful. It's a large company but still feels small enough to get to know those around you. I've been very happy with my experience here. Huge building, bank, cafeteria, and gym in the Milwaukee HQ.

Cons

The area where I work looks like a prison. The building itself is intimidating. It's a joke that the company doesn't want us to leave the building ever.

I worked at Rockwell Automation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good customer base and many employees to care and service the customer base. Great company to have on your resume.

    Cons

Benefits degraded after CEO told Wall Street they wanted to be a good company to work for, not one of the best. Too many products being brand labeled and not enough internal product development. No more "game changers" since Control Logix was released.
