Pros – good team spirit .
first grade work ethics .
fantastic working environment eg stationaries acceries work bench etc . good learning

Cons – communication b/w tl and engr need to be improved .
not much of developer documentation is avbl for new comers to the team.

Advice to Senior Management – look at mid mgmt . update the skills of mid mgmt regularly .
revisit the compensation structures for low level developers .
