“25 % engineers laid off”
I have been working at Rockwell Collins full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Some good people and good retirement
Cons – Terrible management they all come form ISU or U of I and all think alike . They need to bring in some outside tallent .
Advice to Senior Management – Leave and let someone manage the company
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
