    Pros

Rockwell Collins is a leader in avionics and is absolutely the place to be if you are interested in the field.

I have been working at Rockwell Collins full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great company to work for, ethical, honest, and stable. Multitudes of eciting and challenges roles in several fields. The balance between Government and Commercial markets continues to provide stability and opportunities for growth even in challenging economic times.

    Cons

Occasionally viewed as overly conservative and engineering centric. Talent development and career advancement is a slow and measured process. Senior leadership is almost exclusively developed from within.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Expand focus on talent and leadership development with additional coaching, training, and career path mentoring.
