I have been working at Rockwell Collins full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great pay and benefits but I need a job when I go home.

    Cons

We're actually working for a company that Rockwell bought called Data Path. The only problem is the company Data Path failed for a reason and Rockwell should have replaced the management with their own but didn't. So we're slowly deteriorating. But it's looking up Rockwell has realized this and has slowly starting replacing them.
