I have been working at Roger Williams University
Pros – The students are the only reason why this job is enjoyable.
Cons – Management is terrible throughout the departments. Stuck in a union that protects the bad workers. Poor communication.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to improve training, whether through tuition reimbursement at other Universities (as there is little offered here) or other ways to receive training. Higher better managers.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
