Pros

rogers is good company to work for. They have a competitive salary, benefits are acceptable and a nice environment to work at especially at the downtown location in toronto.

Cons

houres flexibility. benefits premiums are a little high

    big corporation with lots of leverage for purchasing media and sponsorships

    Cons

    a lot of red tape and senor leadship is lost without Ted Rogers

    time for change in upper managment and find people to right the ship

    The people that work in the company.

    Cons

    No clear direction in a down sizing company. no training on new initiatives, no work/life balance. Employees are no more than a head count and are treated in that regard.

    Respect with an initiative to promote health and well being would be a good start.
