Pros

Great people to work with
In depth Training
Management was supportive in metrics training and feedback
Advancement opportunites are available
Location for GTA is very good

Cons

High Turnover
Not supported during difficult interactions with customers
Work life balance should be handled internally

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to support your team members, so that they can be productive. Balance cost with customer service so that AHT, and other metrics are not the only criteria that can ruin an excellent reps chances at advancement and accomplishment. Provide managers that step up to the plate and don't leave front line staff with no support and customers that are abusive because they would like to speak with someone and are being told that no one is available to service them. Or furthermore that managers no longer exist. Come up with a complaint process that works.

    Steady job for a student with some good benefits such as 50% off rogers plans. A

    Cons

    There didnt seem like there was much chance for advancement anytime soon. I think you have to be in company for a minimum of 2 years.
