Advice to Senior ManagementTake the time to support your team members, so that they can be productive. Balance cost with customer service so that AHT, and other metrics are not the only criteria that can ruin an excellent reps chances at advancement and accomplishment. Provide managers that step up to the plate and don't leave front line staff with no support and customers that are abusive because they would like to speak with someone and are being told that no one is available to service them. Or furthermore that managers no longer exist. Come up with a complaint process that works.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
