Cons

No great support from team mates unless you know them well enough, you are left all alone to deal or solve problems in hand with rhe run arounds you get. Overqualified professional working at basic levels from their home country

Advice to ManagementAdvice

To ensure proper traning in terms of processes in place and reach out to all levels of staff. There is a big gap between management and non - management staffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to support your team members, so that they can be productive. Balance cost with customer service so that AHT, and other metrics are not the only criteria that can ruin an excellent reps chances at advancement and accomplishment. Provide managers that step up to the plate and don't leave front line staff with no support and customers that are abusive because they would like to speak with someone and are being told that no one is available to service them. Or furthermore that managers no longer exist. Come up with a complaint process that works.
