I worked at Rogers Communications full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - good benefits
    - excellent rapport with my boss and management team

    Cons

    - very disorganized and highly reactive departments
    - the lack of organization cascades to all departments especially IT
    - people are all over the map with not a single unified voice on what the vision is

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - start sorting out the company from the bottom up. There is clearly a lack of commitment and tardiness from the ground up.
