    Pros

    Pay & benefits
Discounts on company owned products & services i.e. cable, internet, wireless, The Blue Jays, The Shopping Channel, etc.

    Cons

    Very political
    Not empowered to make decision
The culture is not great and you're not valued as an employee

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Empower and recognize your employees on an ongoing basis even with a "Thank You" or small gift card. If you make people feel like they have control in the tasks, they will believe in the company and work harder and smarter. Have open communications with your employees especially during tough times.
