Pros

The job is relaxed and the people are nice. The dress code is casual and the environment is pleasant. Good place to work.

Cons

The schedules available are not the best. Working from 11 to 7 doesn't leave room for doing much in the morning and what to speak of the evenings.

Advice to Management

Fix the schedules and pay us our breaks.

    Pros

Learning opportunities, cultural diversity, variety in-house (wireless, cable, tv, magazines) so there's a chance to make a career change, good pay and benefits, most people are quite nice and others are aloof to those not on their teams

    Cons

Slow promotions, career development still really based on who you know, development/training courses are restricted to select few, multiple layers in work flow/ bureaucracy, depends on the team you end up in - some are organized or overworked while others seem to work in their silos

    Advice to Management

Empower existing employees, provide more training opportunities, have a good sense of what needs to be done before making drastic changes and damaging employee morale

  2. Good overall company. Poor at executing change and reactive marketing team as opposed to proactive
