    Pros

Overall clean place, not so much to say

    Cons

Without going into too much detail, this place is one of the worst I've ever worked at. They treat you like crap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put yourselves in employees' shoes for once, do not expect 20-bucks-an-hour work from a 10-bucks-an-hour paid employee

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Rogers Communications part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Large companies with many divisions, can move around.
    Good benefits (health, dental...)

    Cons

Too many outsourced jobs, third parties that does work poor work which complicates work for the rest.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees actual feedbacks, cutting cost everywhere isn't always the best answers to improve customer satisfactions.
