Pros

Value of the brand name.
Easy, relaxed atmosphere.
Proper compensation for overtime.
Good benefits.

Cons

Some degree of mismanagement and unnecessary delays in projects, which eventually results in scrapping of projects and layoffs.

A fair degree of nepotism in appointments.

Improve project management and accountability of managers.

    Overall clean place, not so much to say

    Cons

    Without going into too much detail, this place is one of the worst I've ever worked at. They treat you like crap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Put yourselves in employees' shoes for once, do not expect 20-bucks-an-hour work from a 10-bucks-an-hour paid employee
