I worked at Rogers Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Very enterprising company, easy to move up if you work hard, multicultural, always has something going on.

Cons

Lots of pressure, sometimes too big of an organization and its easy to get lost and not have your voice heard, loss of perks is a downer.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would be good to have some of the old perks reinstated, more communication that makes its way down to the employees.
