    Pays better than competition, downtown location

    Cons

    old-school mentality by leadership; leadership is old, stale who are more interested in politiks than anything; top-down approach; working level are simple cogs in system; bloated workforce allows low-performers to hide and sneak by; working culture is incredulously cut-throat with little engagement; 1980's view on work-life balance

    trust your employees; seek strategic input from the working-level SMEs; approval forums should be engaging, not threatening; it's not a popularity contest
