Rogers Communications – “Your milage may vary”

Pros

There are some great people at the company. Lots of good intentions. Rogers has a solid vision (depending on the group you're in).

Cons

Parts of the organization are very political.
We had a round of layoffs and the severance packages were fair to some and unfair to others.
The red tape can be unbearable at times.

Advice to Senior Management

Recognize and support your rising stars. I shouldn't have to go through and EA to talk to someone important.
