They fleece not only their customers, but also contractors.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Rogers Communications as a contractor for more than a year

ProsIf you are unemployed, close your nose and join the most despised company in Canada while you're looking for a decent job. Otherwise go someplace else, this is not a company for anyone with self-respect.

ConsThe company may force you to take unplanned vacations, if you're a contractor (happened to me), or terminate you if you're full-time employee (happened to many people I worked with) in the name of higher returns for investors, though company is in veryu good financial state and has high revenues.

Advice to Senior ManagementAfter stepping into Rogers IT I've canceled my Rogers services and moved to TekSavvy/Telus.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
