Pros

Smart, hardworking people, good managers, training is available, benefits are very good, work is interesting, culture is pretty good

Cons

The reorgs were tough on morale and left some of the remaining employees with pretty heavy workloads. Prob best for the business long term though
Salaries are not great

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management was very good and quite open to listening to new ideas

    Good work-life balance. Good benefits. Fun environment and lots of opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

    Pretty bureaucratic. Kind of akin to working for government. Average pay.

    Try to make sure you clip the deadwood - there's lots of it.
