    Very rigid call metrics can get int he way of actually troubleshooting and helping the end-users

    Fast paced, peddle to the mettle environment that's difficult to sustain over the course of time.

    Continue to give both your customers & your employees a voice and take them seriously.
    Remember in a lot of cases they are one in the same person and can impact your bottom-line both positively and negatively.
