In my opinion I cannot think of many cons for working at Rogers. My experience here has been great thus far.

    I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    can work remotly, office easy to access (downtown by the train), they care about peoples. Don't feel any pressures at all from my superior, as long as the job is done and well done. Open to new ideas

    Cons

    courses and formations, like most of the companies they cut the formations and travelling.

    All management cares is about sales, but they give no direction.
