    Pros

    If you dislike accountability, if you are an expert in political manouvering, this may be your company.

    Cons

    Most of Sr management and executive leadership team never worked for any other company and have no clue on best practices (for any discipline). Some middle manager learn their trade by reading texts. Company survives through waste and missed opportunites by charging a premium for their products.

    Shed most of dinosaurs, instill discipline, focus, and innovative spirit before it is too late.
