Former Employee – worked at Rogers & Cowan
Pros – Company name has good reputation with other media outlets
Complimentary breakfasts on Friday mornings
Great information session and free goodies for interns
Cons – Nonpaid for full time hours
Not letting interns leave until 6pm even if there is nothing left for them to do
Little interaction with head of the department
Advice to Senior Management – If there is no work for interns to do, please do not keep them in the office until 6:00pm, it is not worth the time...you know they aren't going to do anything....
