Very little financial incentive to go the extra mile
The core business has been managed very poorly
No new ideas - very reactionary

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a competent management team
Weed out the underperforming consultants
Train, mentor and develop junior consultants to develop a bench

    Country club atmosphere if you are looking for that
    Suburban setting
    Some bright people

    Cons

    Senior management is clueless
    Old enviornment- old ideas, old funiture nothing contemporary
    No sense of urgency to build the business
    generally unstable financial
    delayed pay checks and bonuses if any

    Get rid of CEO- sell the firm- it is teetering

    Solid exposure to the financial markets
    excellent first stop for a career.
    Exposure to investment managers across all asset classes

    Cons

    Required to work an inconsistent schedule
    The hours tend to be too long without corresponding compensation
    Lacks a formal training program

    Develop more incentives for employees across the board
    have a better understanding of their workforce's morale
    become less reactionary and more proactive
