“Typical German company, slow pace, trying to do the best in industry”
Former Employee – worked at Rohde & Schwarz
Pros – Big company, salary is good.
Every one is treated as familiy.
Once passed probation, never get fired.
Cons – Working pace is slow.
More opportunities are given to people that stayed in compnay for longer time than new ones; even new staffs have more working experience.
Advice to Senior Management – Most decisions are give by German headquarter.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
