I worked at Roland Berger as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Very nice people. You really make friends with the formal consultants in this company and they care about you. The company is at a very good geographic location.

Cons

Minimum chance to meet with the high executives in this company. They treat interns from graduation school more seriously than those from undergraduate school.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time communicating with consultants and listen to their ideas.

I worked at Roland Berger full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great people who are dedicated to the work and mentorship. Great support and transparency from the top. The staff I worked with are all hard working, humble and very funny. Definitely fulfills the beer test.

    Cons

Long hours but standard for the industry

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I didn't get much exposure to upper management but the way it trickled down, I didn't see any issues.
