I worked at Roland Berger as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I worked for RB China for nearly 8 months. The projects in automotive industry were good and interesting. The supervisors were helpful and you could learn lots of basic skills during the internship. Hours were not so terrible if your supervisor was good.

    Cons

I could not interact with clients as intern and I had no opportunity to work in the real project teams. Most things I did were directly from my supervisor but not from a team discussion.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
