Pros

Great company, great products, great location. Very good benefits and competitive pay. Great, healthy cafeteria.

Not too many cons to list. The company treats its employees well as long as you are a good performer.

    I worked at Roll Global full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Good benefits. On-site café with employee discount. Wellness perks (free yoga, low-cost gym memberships).

    Cons

    Creative personnel enjoy preferential treatment with regards to working hours; they are permitted to report for work 30 minutes later than support personnel. There is also NO opportunity for support personnel to advance themselves within the agency; the agency prefers to hire from outside rather than encourage and promote from within.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try treating agency support personnel like people and professionals, not peons. Encourage professional development and promote from within rather than hire from outside the company. Recognize and reward support personnel when appropriate, not just upper management or creative staff.
