Advice to ManagementAdvice

From what I hear, the college President needs to develop a better attitude toward faculty.

I have been working at Rollins College

    Pros

great environment, good people, long vacations, good pay. all around a very good place to work. oh and did i mention the great environment!

    Cons

students seem increasingly unsatisfied with how duncan is running the school. i have heard from many students that school has become less fun and it shows in their work that they are not satisfied with the overall leadership of the college

I have been working at Rollins College

    Pros

Beautiful campus, with great benefits such as tuition, HRA and 403b.

    Cons

I've had several jobs in my career. I work with a team who respects other ideas and that is not very common. The health benefits could be better. $500 a month for medical benefits is too much!
