I worked at Romano's Macaroni Grill full-time for less than a year

Prosfun atmosphere, great co-workers, easy to get a raise, managers are awesome!

Conspay sucks at beginning, the few rude guests you get, fridays, saturdays, and holidays!!!! The only reason I left was because I had to move, but when I came back I was offered my job again. I didnt take it but I would of if I could of.

Advice to Senior ManagementNone, they do a great job and are very funny!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: the hours you work can easily fit into your schedule.… Cons: Obviously, like in any resaurant, work can get pretty hectic.
