Pros

Room for advancement,safe clean environment,friendly people,state of the art equipment, full benefits

Cons

The only thing I didn't care for is the health insurance tiers, based on your physical fitness. It's not enough of a problem to avoid working there though.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop giving managers the big profit sharing checks, give it to all of the employees

    Benefits are decent....Nurses and doctors are very nice...

    Cons

    Supervisor is awful yells at and lies to you, he has his pets works and who does nothing. Management dont want to hear what is going on in there, she just sweeps it under the rug. Gone to HR not sure what they do with it, told it is being investigated, yeah for 6 months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees. EVS supervisor be littles and yells at some of his employees and the EVS manager seems to not even care, she knows what is going on. Most of the 2nd shift employees have been to HR and nothing has been done. Mr. Ronald Roy needs to find out why good employees are leaving and/or looking for another job....Just saying...
