“There are too many cooks in the kitchen and decisions are difficult to come by.”
Current Employee – been working at Rose Acre Farms
Pros – Long term employeer, excellent learning ground.
Cons – Too many inexperienced individuals at this institution that have little knowledge of the competition.
Advice to Senior Management – None at this time.
