    Pros

Possesses all the tools and support to allow you to do your job while they handle all the business of payments and negotiations. Everything from time sheets to contracts can be handled via the web or over the phone and they have the experience and resources to get you the advice and help you need, when you need it.

    Cons

I did not have any adverse experiences with them

    Advice to Management

Speaking personally it would be nice that in the last weeks of the clients contract an agent could start discussing with the contractor about new opportunities and upcoming contracts.

    Pros

Quick to hire, but they are also lose employee fast.

    Cons

Very low pay, full time employees are offered benefits (and they are bad) only after completion of 90 days. Micro Management, Zero flexibility and Employees are treated very bad. Unprofessional company with bad ethics.

In summary, if you want to work in a company that treats employees with respect then this is NOT that company. As an employee, I think getting respect is primary compared to all other factors such as compensation, flexibility, etc.

    Advice to Management

Please treat your employees with respect, they are NOT your slaves. I don't think the company cares about this advice, but I hope this information will help someone deciding to join this company.
