I have been working at Rose International full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

lean on the management side, so lots of room to make own decisions without having to wait on managers

Cons

not much support as most everyone is working to get own work done
no raises

Advice to ManagementAdvice

consider the detrimental action of hiring outside people in at triple what employees in that position make

    I worked at Rose International

    Pros

The recruiter that I worked with was very knowledgeable, caring, and showed me that she and Rose International had my best interest at heart.

There was never a time that my concerns were not addressed. In addition, there was never a time that me mentioning my concerns seemed to bother her. She did whatever she could to assist me.

She went above and beyond the scope of what I had experienced in the past in the way of a contractor/recruiter relationship.

    Cons

The cons are that there are no bonuses for contractors that show exemplary performance, and that there are no sick/vacation times for contractors that work a predetermined amount of hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My only advice is mentioned in the Cons section.

I worked at Rose International as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

One of the only recruiters I've ever spoken to where I didn't get a bum rush to do something or sign something. Quite professional. Good listeners.

    Cons

Like most other contract positions, no rush to find me another position after the first one was done. I wish recruiters would put some energy into finding you something new, otherwise there is no loyalty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't know anything about upper management. No real contact after I started working, and almost none after the job.
