I worked at Rosetta Stone full-time for more than a year

Pros

Nice office but getting there is a pain, hefty parking fees. Few good co-workers, if they still stick around.

Cons

Dog eat dog, ass-kiss culture. If you can "work out" with your manager you can practically get away with anything. Lose self-esteem and become somebody's lap dog you'll go far. DON'T go there otherwise.
Direction upper management has taken is less than reassuring with language learning software landscape expanding.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nepotism(with Politics) is evil. Don't wait until company caves in to realize that.

Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Rosetta Stone full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A company that shows promising growth with a work hard play hard culture. Gives employees clear career paths across varying departments. New upper management company that has put an emphasis on both the evolution of our technology and also international development.

    Cons

The compensation could be a bit more competitive when compared to other similar tech/software firms.
