    I have been working at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The best thing in Rosewood is that company is paying for the associates to do courses and to develop themselves

    Cons

    Compared to other hotels in the city salaries are very less. For Ex. A housekeeping attendant is getting 1000 bucks in Rosewood whereas for the same position its 1400 - 1500 bucks in other hotels of the city

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Instead of increasing salaries and giving benefits to local guys and your favourite associates give to the associates who are working hard and smart.
    Bonus scheme is not at all acceptable, it should be depending upon no of working days in a year which excludes absents, the associate who have 30 absents in a year and the associate who have 0 absents in a year is getting same amount (talikng about two associates working in same position)
