I worked at Ross Medical Education Center

Pros

A fair starter position, if you have a thick skin.

Cons

The Director was very stressed and often threatened to fire people for no reason. She also played favorites to those who'd worked there the longest. You could not be transferred to another position or advance unless your department was meeting its quota, regardless of how you as an individual were performing. Admission means sales and quotas are unrealistically high.

I worked at Ross Medical Education Center full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Seeing some of the students go through the program and improve their lives was very rewarding.

    Cons

Had to work evenings a few nights per week and felt that the pay did not match the position's responsibilities. When I was hired I was told there was a lot of room for advancement but after working there for a while I found that wasn't the case.

I have been working at Ross Medical Education Center

    Pros

There are not any positive things to say about this school.

    Cons

Ross Medical Education Center in Flint is by far the worst and most disappointing school that I have ever attended. They have a lack of professionalism and only care about their students until after orientation, when they are locked into their financial agreement. After they know that they get your money, the respect goes right down the tubes. I would not recommend this school to anyone.
