Current Employee - Associate/Back Up Manager in Pleasanton, CA

    Pros

A chance to work more hours, and employee of the month gives you a once a year 50.00 check if you get it.

    Cons

Time limits put every task, working for little pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The people who work the sales floor day in and day out should get more than what they start out making. It's a joke.
