“very unorganized”
I have been working at Ross Stores part-time for less than a year
Pros – the managers are very easy to get along with
Cons – they can't make payroll most times so i can't get more hours
Advice to Senior Management – call corporate to let them know you need more money to make payroll so you can hire more people or give current employees more hours
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
